openEuler相关人，好 在迁移开源软件Tars(https://github.com/TarsCloud/Tars)到openEuler社区中，遇到疑问，该软件之前想分配到SIg/Storage分组下，但是沟通后不合适。该软件包提供的是分布式应用基础框架，我也不想放到Networking下面，类似这种疑问，有相关文档可以查看吗？盼复。 致谢！
