[Compass-ci] [PATCH compass-ci] container/openresty-proxy-cache: fix build error

when execute openresty-proxy-cache/build, if openresty already exists [error] fatal: destination path 'openresty' already exists and is not an empty directory. [how] delete openresty after finish build container.
