[PATCH lkp-tests] check QEMU_EFI.fd file for multi-qemu
[why] for multi-qemu job, the qemu-efi container will build error, then the QEMU_EFI.fd will not found, it caused one job will be remove from redis, but kvm can't execute it. so, this job looks like it's been executed, but not result file. The QEMU_EFI.fd can obtain by install the pkg, such as edk2-aarch64, qemu-efi-aarch64. I think this judge step should be put after install step, not here. -------- Thanks Yu Chuan
