[PATCH lkp-tests] lib: fix request state

When run *start_daemon*, lkp reports a "finished" state to scheduler if daemon started. When run *run_test*, lkp also reports a "finished" state if tests finished. Now i want to stop machines after all tests finishing, so alter state "finished" to "started" when run *start_daemon*. This makes it easier to handle request state at scheduler.
