[PATCH compass-ci] container/debian: solve build error
Executing "container/debian/build", error when apt-get installs the package: E: Could not configure 'libc6:arm64'. E: Could not perform immediate configuration on 'libnss-nis:arm64'. Please see man 5 apt.conf under APT::Immediate-Configure for details.
