我们有xfce SIG，相关基础包应该提交到这个SIG

如果是桌面软件，我们有desktop-apps SIG，可以提交到这个SIG

1. 对于private状态的软件包，如果确定是xfce需要的，可以提交PR申请将他们从private移动到xface.

2. 对于缺失的软件包，可以和xfce的maintainer进行沟通，提交PR讲这些包加入到xfce SIG中。
