Dear all，
经社区Release SIG、QA SIG及 CICD SIG 评估，openEuler-20.03-LTS-SP4、openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP3、openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP4、openEuler-24.03-LTS、openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP1及openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP2 update版本满足版本出口质量，现进行发布公示。
本公示分为九部分：
