Unfortunately, it has come to the time slot where my major work divide my attention much, I am no longer able to devote the time needed as a maintainer later. so I would step down the maintainer of infrastructure team, I will still to be committer of this team if you all agree. I would suggest anyone of the core team members who will to lead this group to nominate yourself by this email channel and we'll vote it if there are more than one on the next weekly meeting. if there is no nomination, please allow me to nominatie one on the mail list. 注销OBS系统过渡性域名( openeuler-build.huawei.com )影响确认

hi,allopenEuler社区提供的OBS构建系统，当前有两个域名在使用: openeuler-build.huawei.com build.openeuler.org 其中（openeuler-build.huawei.com）是前期提供的过渡性域名. 我们（sig-infra）希望提供唯一的域名管理，保留（build.openeuler.org），注销（openeuler-build.huawei.com）。该变更不会影响OBS系统业务功能，将保持和变更前完全一致。如果此变更对您有影响，希望及时反馈，谢谢。

infra社区管理员您好，我是田琦，卡耐基梅隆大学（CMU）的计算机科学的研究生，毕业于2019年11月，目前在Google担任软件工程师的工作。我对infra这个项目组很感兴趣，非常想参与其中做出一些贡献。我对算法开发，存储系统，分布式系统和云计算非常擅长和感兴趣，并且熟悉java/C/C++/Python开发。请问怎么样才能参与到这个sig组的开发呢？谢谢！
