I have the following rough idea: 1. let's have the meeting in English, as the meeting will be recorded and uploaded to internet. 2. we can collect requirements from the community, and prioritize the requirements on the meeting.
I will nominate me as the chair for the other meeting, and please nominate yourselves as Infra Chair if you'd like.
