From: Quat Le <quat.le@oracle.com> stable inclusion from stable-5.10.50 commit fb0c0a04e4243d39e6dc973efa63e139d2bedfdf bugzilla: 174522 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4DNFY Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=... -------------------------------- commit 104739aca4488909175e9e31d5cd7d75b82a2046 upstream. If the device is power-cycled, it takes time for the initiator to transmit the periodic NOTIFY (ENABLE SPINUP) SAS primitive, and for the device to respond to the primitive to become ACTIVE. Retry the I/O request to allow the device time to become ACTIVE.
