[PATCH OLK-5.10 v1 0/2] Backport x86 and spinlock patches from mainline

Patch 1: Due to the asm code no longer disabling interrupts upon returning, the c function needs to call cond_local_irq_disable() for processing. Patch 2: Fix compilation warnings without any actual functional impact.
