From: Sven Schuchmann <schuchmann@schleissheimer.de> stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.84 commit 3260b8d12057faa9f7428fc7a2709de1ad39f731 bugzilla: 186030 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4QV2F Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=... -------------------------------- commit 817b653160db9852d5a0498a31f047e18ce27e5b upstream. On most systems request for IRQ 0 will fail, phylib will print an error message and fall back to polling. To fix this set the phydev->irq to PHY_POLL if no IRQ is available.
