From: Tejun Heo <tj@kernel.org> mainline inclusion from mainline-v6.12-rc4 commit cc3e1caca998e445a030253d2dc42a0db6f5af30 category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/IDC9YK Reference: https://web.git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commi... -------------------------------- Move the sanity check from the inner function scx_select_cpu_dfl() to the exported kfunc scx_bpf_select_cpu_dfl(). This doesn't cause behavior differences and will allow using scx_select_cpu_dfl() in bypass mode regardless of scx_builtin_idle_enabled.
