[PATCH OLK-6.6] perf: Remove unstable events for uncore L3C PMU

driver inclusion category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/ICFG4K ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Currently when taking event 0x80, 0x83, the value of PMU counters will be unstable if the value overflows and cause IRQs. Remove these events in sysfs then.
