[PATCH openEuler-1.0-LTS 1/3] jbd2: remove the out label in __jbd2_journal_remove_checkpoint()

This patch also do some minor cleanup, no logical change. Then jbd2_journal_destroy() will detect this mark and abort the journal to prevent updating log tail.
