openEuler release 22.03 (LTS-SP3)不支持devstack

在openEuler release 22.03 (LTS-SP3)上安装最新版devstack报错，看起来是不支持，具体报错是没有lsb_release，导致 Unable to determine DISTRO。

Start with a clean and minimal install of a Linux system. DevStack
attempts to support the two latest LTS releases of Ubuntu,
Rocky Linux 9 and openEuler.
请问我要用哪个devstack版本？
