From: Giovanni Cabiddu <giovanni.cabiddu@intel.com> stable inclusion from stable-v6.6.2 commit a44d2b83898800e35018a3e78462d85c557b2a6c category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8IW7G Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=... -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 9c20cb8b1847dedddec3d5163079290542bf00bf ] If the device is already in the up state, a subsequent write of `up` to the sysfs attribute /sys/bus/pci/devices/<BDF>/qat/state brings the device down. Fix this behaviour by ignoring subsequent `up` commands if the device is already in the up state.
