       openEuler 24.03-LTS-SP4 版本构建在即（4月23号12:00点创建快照，开始构建RC2版本），请下表相关sig maintainer及committer尽快解决以下软件包版本降级issue；如果问题已解决，且pr已合并，及时翻转issue状态。如有误报，可联系我进行修正，感谢大家的配合与理解！
