《openEuler 22.03 LTS 龙芯全量版本测试策略》意见征集

      各位同学好：

	龙芯团队计划启动 openEuler 22.03 LTS 龙芯全量版本 发布工作，现 龙芯Everying全量版本测试策略 https://gitee.com/openeuler/QA/pulls/529 已于 09/06今日的 QA双周例会上过审。

	下一步在qa、dev、release三个sig范围内，所以特发此邮件进行意见征询，大家可在PR下进行回复；公示一周至 9/13日，无反对意见则测试策略通过。
