Hi openeuler release：


华为课程要在鲲鹏开发板上使用iverilog gtkwave hmpi 3个软件包，开发板用的系统是22.03-LTS-SP4.需要将iverilog gtkwave hmpi 3个软件包引入到22.03-LTS-SP4 EPOL仓库。OSCourse SIG确认可以引入。感谢release sig的支持。
