申报一个议题，tc community review 。背景：近期开始尝试规范化 community 中的review内容。通过试运行 https://gitee.com/openeuler/openEuler-Advisor/blob/master/advisors/tc_review 收集的反馈，同时参考 https://dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/3359210 中 XIN TAN 和 MINGHUI ZHOU 关于Linux内核社区的一些总结，对这个工具本身也做了一些改进。内容：介绍当前 tc_review 的主要检查点介绍 tc_review 的使用方法讨论 tc_review 的可改进方向 Poincaré Laboratory Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.

关于src-openeuler构建代码仓中适配RISC-V 所做修改的代码管理策略说明

各位专家，TC委员大家好：在进行RISC-V架构的移植过程中，涉及到适配RISC-V所做的代码修改和如何提交的问题；经过在release-management 社区进行issue讨论（点击查看）<https://gitee.com/openeuler/release-management/issues/I1TSRP?from=project-i…>，给出一个对于RISC-V相关的代码管理策略，想听取各位的意见： 1．优先“共主线”原则，即涉及到适配RISC-V所做的修改在不影响openEuler master版本的情况下，推送代码仓的master分支； 2．若无法共主线（如master版本暂时无法升级，需回合大量补丁影响master稳定等），则新建立分支，并统一命名为“riscv”，方便在未来进行openEuler RISC-V版本构建时统一拉取分支； 3．对于2中所述的情况，在master版本可收编时，及时收编 riscv 分支，保持共主线原则；麻烦各位专家委员协助审视反馈策略是否需要改进。 Best Regards! 张旭舟华为技术有限公司 [cid:image002.png@01D6674C.23784BB0]

关于 openeuler community 仓库的 review check list 建议

jtreg is the test harness used by the JDK test framework. This framework is intended primarily for regression tests. It can also be used for unit tests, functional tests, and even simple product tests. It is the latest version without CVE. We have set up a repo request[1] in openEuler.
