技术委员会对各个 sig 不活跃 maintainer 的建议

大家好：如今天例会上所讨论，技术委员会认为，maintainer的活跃是社区演进的基础。如下 SIG 中存在不活跃的 maintainer。 Programming-language: Runtime: security-committee: sig-bio: sig-android-middleware: sig-compat-winapp: sig-Gatekeeper: sig-Ha: System-tool: sig-industrial-control: dev-utils: sig-buildsystem: sig-Community: sig-UKUI: sig-OpenResty: sig-REDF: Infrastructure: sig-ROS: sig-Rust: 对于各个 SIG 历史上做出过贡献，但已经超过半年未参与任何社区活动的，建议从当前 maintainer 名单中移除。另外，各个 SIG 应该建立 HALL_OF_FAME 文件，统计历史贡献者。对于到目前为止还从未参与过社区开发活动的 maintainer，如果不是新建 SIG还在适应过程中，也建议从当前 maintainer 名单中移除。请大家了解，并做相应提交 PR。技术委员会下周会继续跟进此事。谢谢
