对引入新特性的代码归档格式询问

各位openEuler的成员，大家好，     我有一个项目G想申请在openEuler上开源，这个项目G高度依赖第三方开源包W，对W有一些侵入式修改。现在我是以源码的方式将开源包W的代码归档在项目G仓中     请问下如果开源到openEuler上的话，是否和W相关的代码，我都需要以源码包+patch的方式归档，或者我可以沿用全源码归档的方式？     采用全源码归档的方式对开发者很友好。     我计划是当项目G稳定并realease发行版后，在src-openEuler里新建仓库并添加spec来打成rpm包。     Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

关于UKUI-3.0 在openEuler上的编译适配

社区的各位同仁好: 麒麟软件在openEuler社区成立之初，并已经成立了UKUI SIG组，也一直致力于社区建设，我们已经在进行UKUI-3.0移植到openEuler-20.03的工作，并已作出了一些成果，我们已经在X86平台上，完成了UKUI-3.0的适配和测试，已经能够稳定运行和使用，并且已经将UKUI的相关代码已经贡献到了openEuler社区，大家可以使用下面的教程来安装UKUI-3.0。目前我们在进行的工作如下： 1）将UKUI-3.0 相关编译和安装包移植到 OBS进行编译和构造（aarch64 和 X86），以方便社区的更好的集成和使用。 2) 推进UKUI发展，修复UKUI的相关问题。但在接下来的工作中，我们也希望得到大家的一些帮助，一起促进openEuler UKUI的发展： 1）UKUI-3.0涉及到的安装包和编译依赖包较多，移植到OBS工作量很大，也希望能得到TC和各位同仁的帮助。 2）目前在openEuler上适配的UKUI-3.0，是基础版本，也希望TC和社区各位同仁能提出一些需求、意见和建议，任何对openEuler UKUI话题都可以在https://gitee.com/openkylin/ukui-issues 项目中提出issue。 UKUI是由麒麟团队开发的基于Linux发行版的轻量级桌面环境，默认搭载在优麒麟开源操作系统和银河麒麟/中标麒麟商业发行版中。UKUI 3.0基于Qt全新开发，秉承着“友好易用，简单轻松” 的设计理念，为普通用户架起迈向Linux的桥梁。详细描述可参见：https://www.ukui.org/ UKUI在X86上安装使用的教程如下，欢迎大家使用： openEuler UKUI安装方法：在安装ukui前请先创建一个管理员用户，推荐在安装openEuler系统时创建。 1. 离线 1) 安装openEuler并配置yum源（推荐采用：x86_64: https://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-20.03-LTS/everything/x86_64/），并安装creat… install createrepo，如果安装不成功请检查配置的yum源） 2) 下载安装必须文件（链接：https://pan.baidu.com/s/1bljArjqrzONfQilW9zUzHg 提取码：pg4q）。将下载的install.sh放入/root目录下并赋予执行权限，RPMS.zip、reinstall.zip文件解压缩。将解压出的RPMS文件夹放入/RPMS文件夹下，目录结构如下所示 reinstall文件夹放入/root目录下。 3) 搭建本地yum源：修改/etc/yum.repos.d/openEuler_x86_64.repo文件，在末尾添加如下内容： [local] name=local baseurl=file:///RPMS/ enabled=1 gpgcheck=0 priority=1 4）切换到/root目录下，执行./install.sh 2. 在线 1）配置openEuler官方源，（推荐采用：x86_64: https://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-20.03-LTS/everything/x86_64/），可参考如下: [openeuler] name=openeuler baseurl=https://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-20.03-LTS/everything/x86_64/ enabled=1 gpgcheck=0 2）配置ukui的在线源：修改/etc/yum.repos.d/openEuler_x86_64.repo文件，在末尾添加如下内容： [ukui] name=ukui baseurl= http://openkylin.com/repo/ukui/RPMS/ enabled=1 gpgcheck=0 priority=1 2) 在openKylin（http://openkylin.com/repo/ukui/）下载install_online.sh放入/root目录下, 下载reinstall.zip解压后的reinstall文件夹及内容放入/root目录下。切换到root目录，运行install_online.sh。

【TC议题申请】关于openEuler LTS版本python3从3.7.4版本升级到3.8.3的提议

背景： 1、 openEuler 20.03 LTS版本的生命周期是从2020-03到2024-03，而该版本中Python3的版本为3.7.4，上游社区Python3.7的生命周期是从2018-06到2023-06，无法满足openEuler 20.03 LTS版本的整个生命周期 2、版本中的关键组件（如gcc、Python等）的生命周期以及升级计划等信息无法在openEuler页面中查询解决建议： 1、升级Python3.7.4版本到Python3.8.3，Python3.8的生命周期是从2019-10到2024-10，满足openEuler 20.03 LTS版本的整个生命周期 2、需要有一个地方来承载openEuler版本中的关键组件（如gcc、Python等）的生命周期以及升级计划等信息 python3.7与python3.8的差异分析见issue：https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/python3/issu…
