It might be a issue of the gitee platform.

Do not use https, use ssh instead:
git clone git@gitee.com:openeuler/kernel.git

I want to try the openEuler, but I can not clone the Kernel repo or download the zip file from gitee.

git clone https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel.git

error: RPC 失败。HTTP 502 curl 22 The requested URL returned error: 502
fatal: 远端意外挂断了

Now, it's forbidden to download the archive source.
