4. Topics raised by attendees 4.1 QA、Release Manager等团队， 是否可以叫做SIG，还是叫WG？这些不直接输出代码或者软件包的组织，是否由TC批准任命？ In CNCF, the process is managed by TSC. Or it can be covered by Secretariat.
4.2 版本发布评审流程及决策组织 OpenStack, official projects.
4.3 社区的流程有哪些，流程产生、流程发布的规则需要制定。 -- 这个工作可以由秘书处指定。
4.4 需要一个Maintainer工作指南，包括规划、计划等。 -- 杨丽 google doc，qq doc上写。 ask community for a tool to work on markdown together.
