2) Compatibility (北向的应用经过了测试后，展示出来) starts. Status: ongoing - 南向硬件: OK - 北向软件: 不叫兼容性。目标是北向软件能够进入openEuler源；当前没有进入的，整一个列表让用户知道从哪里获取，放在Gitee上，不在openEuler网页上。
3) repository re-design - TC、SIG这些介绍，有必要放到Website - Governance也是有必要放到Website上 - 技术相关的继续保留在repository上 docs.google.com; docs.qq.com; Owner: Yang Li

The issue is : 1. one representative from one legal entity signs the CLA, whose mail address is not Gitee 2. the legal entity @entity domain can contribute as signed CLA.
