We, as a team to provide procedures for the community, should have a planning meeting, shouldn't we?

I nominate myself as the chair to serve you on this meeting, and have the following idea:

1. Let's request a 2 hours' meeting time slot on the design summit.
2. We visit different roles in the community, and get to know what we
