Can't use udp to send heartbeat package. Change to tcp.
yes the udp is mostly used to send audio, video .etc, and don't need to care the sending result if you care the sending result, better use tcp. the heartbeat will always do send single/receive feedback to ensure the connection available.
I think in our environment, it's better to use tcp at the most cases.
