由于crystal 被其它公司注册了，及后缀CI的通用性，影响到crystal-ci 的名字，因此需要将项目名称 crystal-ci 修改为 compass-ci

后续我们需要通过compass-ci@openeuler.org 邮件列表来继续交流，crystal-ci@openEuler.org 预计在一个月后进行停用。
