议题申报：[DB SIG] Greenplum中文社区进入openEuler版本策略讨论 背景： Greenplum社区上游新版6.16.2由于其集群管理工具依赖python2，由于历史原因，当前不符合python2包引入规范。 当前仅能在20.03 LTS SP1 SP2这些还存有python2依赖的软件仓库中成功编译, mainline和后续的21.09不支持py2.
