标题 - Rust重写sysytemd
描述
鉴于目前systemd社区尚不成熟，质量不高，集成太多特性，控制点太多，同时也存在较多问题，特发起使用Rust语言重写systemd 。
目标
· 使用Rust语言重写。
· 保留基本功能，保持足够的兼容性。
· 不应该是一比一的简单语言翻译。
· 使其更加使用于嵌入式和云场景。
· 最好可容器、虚拟化做一定的结合，类似CoreOS。
· 解决systemd当前问题高发的场景，cgroup、pam、session等

· 基于rust语言的开源1号进程软件，在openEuler社区开发
· 兼容基础的systemd使用场景，如服务管理、日志管理以及资源管理。
· 支持多架构x86_64、aarch64，前期支持openEuler上运行

· systemd机制原理、代码框架
· 了解容器、虚拟化等原理
