Hey openEuler developers:

     Due to a physical hardware failure on the cloud instance, the delivering functionality of the mailing list became abnormal between 09:00 and 10:00 on May 8, 2021, now the service is online now. If you use the mailing list service during this period, you need to resend the mail again. To avoid similar problems in the future, the Infrastructure team  plan to refactor the deloyment architecture to guarantee service SLA.
