Thank you for your effort. This attempt attracts me. Regarding how to contribute to openEuler, my suggestion is:
1. create one issue in the following to announce that you are working on WSL so that friends interested can join you. https://gitee.com/openeuler/community
2. send email to tc@openeuler.org and dev@openeuler.org to check this can be put in what SIG.
3. create new repo in that SIG if necessary
