主题: [Dev] Guide to install opeEuler on Windows 10 using Hyper-V on my laptop.

Hello:

I was training to subscribe to SIG doc but I cannot, three is a problem, I have signed the CLA. I want to contribute with documentation to openEuler. Please help provide support to be able to subscribe.

I have more than 15 years of experience as a system administrator in  for Linux and Solaris, network, and security.

I have attached a guide to:

  1. Install Hyper-V in windows 10 and configure it.
  2. Install openEuler in hyper-V as VM on my laptop.

I think it will be nice if you open a Wiki section in openEuler website to be able to contribute with guides. The guides will be practical scenarios for real usage.

I’m planning to compile the latest PHP and Nginx to set up a web server. Later test golang with Postgres and maybe will install Oracle on it.

I'm from Mexico, my native language is Spanish, I can speak English too.
