Hi, gcc had updated to 9.3 last month, and I find there are unknown bugs with glibc 2.28, like https://gitee.com/open_euler/dashboard?issue_id=I1HAM.
I think it's a better way to upgrade glibc 2.31, but too many packages in openEuler related to glibc 2.28, such as binutils. So, may I create a branch to upgrade this package.
