Thank you. We checked the monitoring on the community official website and found no abnormal disconnection alarm in the corresponding period. Since the monitoring frequency of the official website is once a minute, we have collected some network logs for further confirmation. No exception is found and we are still following up. We'll let you know if there's any progress. Thanks again for your prompt feed back use information
