今天在针对三个软件包的 LTS-Next 分支提交 PR 时，CI 在两个架构的编译时都失败，包括 dnf libssh 和 libsolv ，对应链接见下方。

六个编译任务提示的错误信息基本相同，都是类似于下方提示信息，看起来是依赖包下载不到。

请问是什么原因呢？谢谢。
