目前官网https://openeuler.org/zh/community/mails.html上面展示的邮件列表的信息目前不全，现在有几个新的maillist owner要把新的list放上去，核对后添加的内容如下：

另外，因为如果使用outlook邮箱订阅maillist，在回复confirm邮件时如果没删除主题中的‘答复：’/‘Reply’，会收到乱码的邮件，并且无法订阅成功，在后台变成pending状态。跟胜哥讨论后，决定在这个界面上添加相关的提醒，避免新人订阅时出现问题。

Information of our new mail lists need to be added to openEuler website https://openeuler.org/zh/community/mails.html, and details can be found in the table. Moreover, if visitors subscribe our mail lists via Outlook email, ‘答复：’ or ‘Reply’ in  subject line should be deleted when replying the confirmation email. Otherwise, mailweb cannot recognise your confirmation. Relative prompts will be added to this webpage.
