stable inclusion from stable-v6.6.4 commit ed869aee2adcf2b0ea38bf52f9660f0f5b7e9faf category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8N1WC
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=...
--------------------------------
commit 8479063f1fbee201a8739130e816cc331b675838 upstream.
In order for `AT_EMPTY_PATH` to work as expected, the fact that the user wants that behavior needs to make it to `getname_flags` or it will return ENOENT.
