mainline inclusion from mainline-v5.3-rc1 commit 14d96d6c06b5d8116b8d52c9c5530f5528ef1e61 category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I47H3V CVE: NA
--------------------------------
commit 14d96d6c06b5d8116b8d52c9c5530f5528ef1e61 upstream.
topology_max_packages() is available to size resources to cover all packages in the system.
But now multi-die/package systems are coming up, and some resources are per-die.
Create topology_max_die_per_package(), for detecting multi-die/package systems, and sizing any per-die resources.
