stable inclusion from stable-v6.6.8 commit ad531dfcc648eb24d512a4acfeec76000eabaf42 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8ST59
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=...
--------------------------------
[ Upstream commit 981d947bcd382c3950a593690e0e13d194d65b1c ]
In 10M SGMII mode all the packets are being dropped due to wrong Rx clock. SGMII 10MBPS mode needs RX clock divider programmed to avoid drops in Rx. Update configure SGMII function with Rx clk divider programming.
