stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.103 commit afbeee13beb5f0e7b88b7ca80278dec6f5eea584 bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I56NE7
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=...
--------------------------------
commit 302e9edd54985f584cfc180098f3554774126969 upstream.
If a trigger is set on an event to disable or enable tracing within an instance, then tracing should be disabled or enabled in the instance and not at the top level, which is confusing to users.
