mainline inclusion from mainline-5.10.62 commit 0085646e02b2423e20d0a9ea3fe64d8270255b23 bugzilla: 182217 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4EFOS
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?i...
--------------------------------
commit f6a3308d6feb351d9854eb8b3f6289a1ac163125 upstream.
This reverts commit 83af58f8068ea3f7b3c537c37a30887bfa585069.
It turns out that at least the assembly implementation for strncpy() was buggy. Revert the whole commit and return back to the default coding.
