【kernel-sig例会议题申报】openEuler bcache Qos特性以及GC优化特性
背景：bcache在cache数据使用率较高时，在ceph下性能较低，本次议题主要介绍通过优化bcache来提升ceph的性能。
当前现状：
1) 在bcache的cache使用率较高时，用户IO会直写到HDD中，此时如果bcache的writeback线程也在往HDD刷脏数据，会极大地影响用户写性能；
2) Bcache在做GC搬移时，整体搬迁脏数据与clean数据，SSD的写放大很大，如果GC一直运行，对SSD寿命有较大影响；
优化方案：
1) 在bcache的cache使用率较高时，仍旧将数据写到cache中，但采用限流方案，维持cache的使用率；
2) 提供选项，供用户选择，在做GC搬移时，仅搬移脏数据，减少SSD的写放大。
