From: Sean V Kelley sean.v.kelley@intel.com
mainline inclusion from mainline-v5.11-rc1 commit 90655631988f category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I51U4T CVE: NA
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?i...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Extend support for Root Complex Event Collectors by decoding and caching the RCEC Endpoint Association Extended Capabilities when enumerating. Use that cached information for later error source reporting. See PCIe r5.0, sec 7.9.10.
