由于疫情等原因，本次选举将通过maillist进行。

首先进行主席候选人提名

- 请各位委员在2021年2月3日23:59前，回复本邮件（maillist）提名您的主席候选人

- 每位委员可提名1人（可以提名自己），以向maillist发出提名邮件为准，一旦提名不可更改

- 如果在2021年2月3日23:59之前没有发出提名邮件，视为弃权

候选人提名完成后，进行主席选举。在2021年2月4日至2021年2月6日完成
