How to join OS-Builder SIG Group?

你们好：我是王海涛，openEuler新来的实习生。我移植了openEuler到WSL中，想把代码贡献到社区。想知道怎么加入OS-Builder sig组呀？是在https://gitee.com/openeuler/community 底下提issue吗？还是参加明天的例会呀？ ############ Hello guys in OS-Builder: I am Wang Haitao, a new intern at OpenEuler. I have ported OpenEuler to WSL and want to contribute the code to the community I want to know how to join OS-Builder SIG Group? Should I put an issue under the https://gitee.com/openeuler/community? Or attend tomorrow's OS-builder meeting?
