Dear all， openEuler 22.09创新版本release版本RC4阶段测试验证版本发起社区验证及公示。 该版本组件主体功能已趋于稳定（基线与release发布版本将保持一致），版本可稳定重复建，缺陷修复率96.5%，缺陷收敛明显，release sig联合QA SIG、CICD SIG评估质量满足release版本RC4转测试条件，现发起release版本RC4版本并进入测试验证阶段。 社区各SIG组及所有爱好者可下载试用并验证该版本 ，版本测试能力/策略/测试执行由 openEuler QA SIG团队协同社区联合构建/验证，社区各个SIG组及开发者/爱好者协作支撑openEuler 22.09创新版本issue发现和定位修复，您发现和定位修复每一个issue不仅可以解决您使用openEuler创新版本的问题点，更可以支撑社区一起持续优化提升百万级openEuler用户的体验！ 本次版本作为release版本的预览版本，该版本经过社区联合协作验证和issue修复后（2022/09/07~09/15），下一个版本里程碑点（预计在2022/09/19）将会提供 release preview版本。
