各位openeuler社区的maintainer、 committer和contributor好：近期在src-openeuler master分支上频繁的软件包选型升级，导致各分层project难以构建至稳定状态，且阻塞了基础镜像制作和若干包的门禁，为加快新问题暴露和收敛，工程组将于12:00关闭代码同步（不阻塞门禁通过的PR合入），至各分层project构建稳定后再打开
