4．Should
all the folks be encouraged to take English as the working language in our community?
At beginning, the community was using English. Later as more Chinese engineers joined, the language was switched to Chinese mainly. As per [1], some non-Chinese-spoken
engineers are joining, should we encourage the community to switch back to English?
